url encoding in CGIProxy???

    Can any one tell me what type of url encoding is used in latest CGIProxy available. eg. if you visit http://www.myspace.com through http://www.apchemistry.info (CGI proxy) the url "http://www.myspace.com" is encoded into "3ced86157bde0054febf254ca632fbb10ca3c2c61320840" .. I need to know the encoding used here...
