Why arnt the URL channels showing on my adsense setup page? A comfusion question about adense channels, There are 2 channel types, -Custom channels -URL channels On the account page we have made 5 URL channels on the adsense account, and 6 custom Channels. Now when going to the adsense for content set up page (where you select ad format type/ ad colour/ channel and get your code)... on the channel section I can ONLY see my 6 custom channels and can't see my URL channels. Why are the 5 url channels which i made not showing? I would expect 11 channels to show (5 url + 6 custom = 11 channels) but only the 6 Custom channels are showing. - and if they aint showing, how can i track ads on the URL channels? Why aren’t the URL channels showing on my adsense setup page? Is there a way for them to show?
The URL channels can not be used in ads. These channels are suppose to track down the whole URL. For example, if you have a page "example.com" You create URL channel for this URL, then in adsense, you will see the whole earning this page makes. On the other hand, the custom channels are the one that you use in ad units to track specific ad units or link units
