hai,my URL is blocked.now can i delete this account permanently and can i create a new account with the same NAME and ADRESS.since 5 days i am working with adsense and made $80.56. 2 days back i changed my "URL adress name(blog name)" to "new one". today my account is showing "your URL is blocked", "Reason:Not Found". by seeing this i again changed my URL(blog name) to old URL name is there any problem,please suggest me what to do
