Urgently need a page to be designed $15.00

Hi

I need a page to be designed. Please have a look here the deisgn has to be same. I can provide you with logo or maybe one PSD file where you can get most of the colors and logos. Please have a look here

I ahve to annouce a winner. The page will remain the same except now the terms and conditions box will be removed and it would say "This promotion is closed now. Thank you for your participation and we will annouce the winner with next day or two, please bear with us."

The "register" button has to stay on that page as users can still register if they want to.

I would not have the time to chat nor correspond over the next 6 hrs or so, please upload your images here and I will speak to the one who is closest to the one I want.

Need this ASAP!! As competition ends in next 4 hrs or so.
