Ok, well I have thought about a very brandable domain name...extreamly good.. I think, atleast its only 7 characters long(myspace <--- is 7 char).. and easy to remember. I not only want the domain I want to file a trademark on it? How will I go about doing this? I want to own this to the fullest degree!

best registrar to go with when buying a good domain name?

    I use Godaddy

talk to a trademark lawyer too or research it online. there's probably free info at a us.gov website (or whatever country you're in)

Go with godaddy or moniker...then hire yourself a lawyer to do the trademark and the copyright for it...make sure you get a copyright...
