Buying Urgent Webpage Modifications

    hi there need some simple and quick modifications done to my website by today if possible.currently my page is http://singapore-painter.com/ .
    i want the coupon modified with a new offer in the header , the orange bar removed and a menu bar added to the top.final should look something
    like http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/805/modified.jpg/ with all menu buttons working.
