This person and I had an agreement. Someone designed the site for him and I than had the responsibility of coding the site and making it functional. Also after I started the project he added the fact that he wanted a flash gallery working and fully functional on the site like the website he displayed as example websites.

I didn't mind it and we negotiated a second price that we agreed on. I was more than lenient on the price and both the client and myself know that. I won't state the price but if theirs an argument on that aspect I wouldn't mind sharing it and letting everyone else decide.

I'm not calling this member out or saying he ripped me off BUT I did fully code his design and added the flash gallery for his art on the site and on top of all that with no charge I manually coded a page for him to upload his images and the function for them to automatically display on the website which wasn't part of the deal at all.

He hasn't sealed the deal yet and I haven't been able to send him the project and be paid for my time and work. Again, he hasn't ripped me off, but he did kind of disappear.

This guy Dart Vaughan ripped me off and didn't pay me for my work. He went behind our deal and negotiations and hired someone else for the job. I checked the website and it has been fully completed and it's obviously not my work and I haven't been paid.

He hired me, made me do the work, found a better deal, left me to hang dry and got it done else where.

He's a SCAM!

 

Sorry bud, but I've talked to Dart and he said that the only contact he might have had with you was an exchange of emails for a sample (he's not sure if it was you or someone else). If you would reply to me via PM, we might be able to get this settled.
