URGENT simple, but strange request!!! $

    Hello,
    this is not web development related, although DP offers some of the best designers out there! Can anyone produce, to be used as an example, these 2 simple things...?
    1. A cheque
    2. Sales slip

    Basicly, can anyone find a photo of a standard cheque, and a sales slip and alter it on some program to tailor it to my example company's name?

    What I need:
    1 Cheque - Sea Men Accounting Firm
    Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada V5B 4A1. You can make up a road.
    Just a basic design, incorporate the ocean, with a simple logo.

    2. Sales slip - (http://www.keysan.com/thumbnails/xqx01617.jpg - the best picture I can find)
    Same information
    Same logo
    Simply make a sales slip for Sea Men Accounting Firm


    Any questions, or if I have not properly described what I am looking for, feel free to ask! the catch is...
    I NEED THIS WITHIN 4 HOURS!
