Urgent required designer for PSD to XHTML : 5 similar pages

    As right now I have full of work load, I am looking for designer who can convert my psd into Web Standard, Semantic XHTML/CSS code, Table less CSS layout, Clean W3C Validated XHTML / CSS, 100% Hand written table-less CSS based code and Cross-Browser compatible.

    Let me know your cost/time. All 5 pages are similar.
