urgent question on buying sites --- help please

    im trying to buy a website , a forum. should i have the right to see cpanel and the forum admin before buying.

    i have seen stats as moderator but not admin?

    No. It would make it to easy to steal the site if they gave away the details!

    Why not ask for the server logs? That way you can see all the real stats and use a good analytics program to analyse them properly rather than trusting the forum software to keep accurate records of what matters to a buyer.

    you don't have to check admin just check the content from the user side watch it for sme time to see the traffic
