    I want to buy 100 links with below instructions:

    1. Link must be added on home page.
    2. Your home page rank must be pr1 or more.
    3. Home page don't have more then 15 OBL links.
    4. No same or c-class IP address.
    5. You have to show me the list of 100 sites before adding my link.
    6. I will pay when you show me the 100 sites.

    I have limited budget but can assure the continues work.

    i can do it but the obl is so less and you want quality in $100 for 100 links?. i provide quality links from pr 0-4 on relevant sites with only white hat technique.
