[urgent] Psd - Xhtml/css coder

    My friend looking for someone to convert his .PSD to html/css.
    He has a low budget so PM me your offers and i will relay them onto him, or you can chat to him directly by adding his msn: nolan[at]webardour.com. If you could do it for $25 it would be great.
