I need quotations for implementing the following "system" into on of my websites. Please note that this is very urgent. Process is as follows: 1. Visitor fills in form providing three choices of dates and venues for her audition amongst other things 2. Form data is passed to online database 3. Administrator allocates audition slot using "the database" (front end required) 4. Email sent from database to visitor providing details allocated by administrator in step 3, and providing link to payment gateway. 5. Visitor pays using PayPal/WorldPay or similar or takes no action 5a. Email automatically sent on a specific date if there is no response 6. Visitor pays at gateway 7. Payment confirmation is automatically noted by database - audition is confirmed in database 8. Database sends out confirmation of audition. Please PM me with questions, quotations and lead times.
