Urgent! Please Help Me With My Problem Will Pay $$$

    For my website I have an admin log in area. I tried to change the password and logged out. When I tried to log back in the new password nor the old one would work. Is there anyway I can change the password or make a new account from my control panel. I will pay $5 paypal to anyone who can help me. Sorry I don't know exactly what section to put this under since I am willing to pay for this. Thanks
