Urgent Please help! Account disabled

    Hi there,

My account was just disabled by Adsense because of "invalid click". I am pretty sure it has something to do with the ads I bought from Adbrite, Adengage and Etology (because I am recently running a campaign and I have bought traffic from them to my site. And other than that all my other sites are clean and 100% search engine traffic).

I am trying to find a log file on my Godaddy hosting account, but I have no luck except finding the simple stat page. Any help? I tried to contact them and there is no help from them.

When you are ban from google for invalid click or whatever reason... they will not hear you and not reply you... its all finish yourself with google...

They are like this only.. they dont reply and answer to your emails.. so friend try some other advertising... method for earning...

You can try one of the advertisers mentioned in my signature offering $20 in free clicks...

    Hope it helps

I feel really depressed right now. I did nothing wrong except a wrong decision in advertising on those sites. Now I can't provide my log file to Google which means I don't even have a chance to appeal. It really sucks. All my sites are 100% white hat site with search engine traffic. This is my first time using them (Adbrite, Adengage and Etology) and I am getting banned. I should spend more money to advertise on Yahoo and Adwords.

I think they will ban you even if you apply for a new account. Maybe I should start a new company to handle all my sites.

If I were using black hat method, I deserve a ban. This is really unlucky and stupid this time. If I weren't so greedy about the so-called "cheap traffic" and I weren't so stupid to put adsense on that page, there is really no reason I would get banned.

Sigh. I actually have asked this question on DP before and I have send adsense an email about this before I buy traffic (and put adsense) to the page. But still....

When I contacted them about this issue before I am getting banned, this is part of the email I received:

"I realize that you may have questions about what Google is doing to
prevent invalid click activity. Rest assured that our specialists
carefully monitor clicks and impressions on Google ads in order to protect
your interests as well as those of our advertisers. To do this, we use
both automated systems and human reviews, analyzing all ad clicks for any
invalid click activity that may artificially drive up an advertiser's
    costs or a publisher's earnings."

But it turns out that my account is still getting banned because of invalid click.

Everytime they say this but can't give some chance to the advertisers and cut double there earnings if they do some illegal activity hence banning them forever...

and providing them a next chance and explaining them that what they hve done is wrong and this is the second chance and if you repeat you will be banned...

They must follow this procedure... and if invalid clicks occurs and which are not intentionally powered by the publishers and if there are some click-bomb kind then... adsense should cut that earning part and pay no amount to publisher...

What you say... is it not the fair procedure as i have written...

Google don't like bringing traffic from Adwords or any other traffic source "to mfa sites" , but if your site selling other items, then you can bring traffic to this page and Google won't ban.

just open a new office take new internet connection new address that will help you to start again.

    Thanks for all the input!!

I have just updated to Traffic facts in Godaddy and now I am able to get access to the log file. Hope that will help. And I just realized from the log that there is one single ip that counts for almost 4% of the traffic. When I look at it in the log, I realized this is one of the 7 day ads I bought on Etology (08/08-08/14). Obviously that is the trouble maker. If I were more careful about that, I should have noticed this invalid click eariler.

Update: Another funny thing is, another 3.71% from another ip from the Etology ads.

For those of you interested in buying ads from Etology, maybe you should think twice.

what bad luck! I feel sorry for you but maybe it's worth trying to contact google anyway with your log file. Your idea of setting up a new company to handle your websites might be worth a try but I suspect google can track the websites the clicks are coming from anyway.

you may request your raw log file from godaddy via email support.

Further, explain this to google by giving them log file.

My experience with google is, if you are banned/disabled than you are out of google untill unless they consider you yourself, or you consult your lawyer

You could email to google and explain the situation. If this is your first problem with them, they will reopen your account. It worked for me.

You could try to contact Google and explain everything, be detailed and tell the truth, I must say I am very sad to hear about this and unfortunately the chances of getting your account back aren't high.

    Hai
I received a mail yesterday saying your account is disabled.
I really very sad. because I didn't buy any traffic nor did I generate any fake clicks.
I had cumulated some $120 odd money over 3 months. Will I get that money or is it gone.
I am sad because I didn't do anything wrong.
