You have successfully authenticated and will now be redirected to the Administration Control Panel.

    Proceed to the ACP

After that message, it either tells me I do not have sufficient permissions although I am admin!

    OR

Makes me re login on the admin control panel page and then keeps looping!

What to do!?!? Please Help! Thanks!

Seems like an authentication problem to me. Have you tried clearing your cookies?

Close the window down and clean your cookies. Then try again.

Are you using the most recent PHPBB3? RC3 was released last week. Maybe try upgrading.

Its working fine here. Try installing the forum again and then, restore the database to see if it works. If it, then it isnt a BUG. If it doesnt, submit a big to phpBB.

PHPBB team, can't figure it out... it's something odd with permissions.

Have a look at RC4. Perhaps it's a fixed bug, although I didn't have that problem.

Try, if you haven't already using a "clean" template from RC4. I found an error in the overall_footer.html that was causing it. I assume it was some odd random change from RC2 toRC3 & 4... though I couldn't pinpoint it, and techinically it makes no sense at all.
