Urgent: Paypal payment hold issue

All,

My payment is temporarily held by the Paypal staff. I am getting below message from them:

When I click on the "Resolve Claim Now" then I will see the below radio button information:

1. I have not posted the item and I would like to refund the payment.
2. I can provide proof that the item was posted through an approved postal service to the address on the Transaction Details page:
   • I can provide online tracking information.
   • I can upload or fax proof that the item was posted.
3. I have refunded the payment for this transaction.
4. None of these apply to me.

Please tell me how can resolve this issue ASAP.

Have you any problem with your sender ? i think he had applied dispute on payment after sending it to you . ask him directly and click 4th option .

 

I think click 4th option to next process.

 

choose no.1 and the money go back to the sender asap....
so you can tell him to re-send the money few moments later.....
