[URGENT] Paypal Help Needed

    Hello All,

    Paypal has opened a dispute/claim on my account and there is following description written over there:

    I have done Paypal to Xoom Transfer in this transaction. Is it legal to do that? What can I reply to this?

    Please give me your suggestions...

    today they also took my 150$ temporary hold! if its your first transfer i think this is normal! they gonna ask you some questions and give your funds back

    I think I remember someone telling me the same thing happened to them. Did you receive the funds then RIGHT after tried to do a xoom transfer? Because this is why their money was on hold. Later they released the money and it went through.

    I think I have got funds from Hacked PP and thats why they have opened a dispute against me. Now how can I resolve that?

    Can you tell me how do you come to know that you got funds from Hacked PP :confused: If its true then paypal make your balance negative for that after investigation.

    I am not sure about this but I have read somewhere that PayPal takes this type of action if you get funds from Hacked PP account.

    This problem happens if you try to send the money outside from the IP range you were using previously. Normally you can say if you use to send the money outside from the country that paypal belongs to, then it will create a temporary hold on the transaction. This new security measurement has been started by paypal from august. :)

    my Paypal account got hacked and I lost lot of money.
    If you have got money from my account, you are going to give it back.

    I opened a dispute and they know that money from my account is stolen!

    And I am going to get my money back, and one who stole may get away but who ever received from my account will have to refund the amount.
