URGENT: Need xhtml/css coder + someone decent in photoshop.

    I have an emergency, I need someone fairly skilled to finish off a website for me. I have the psd of the design, it is 95% complete, and then i need it coded.
    I need someone who can start on this right now, I am far behind schedule
