There are many free services which submit your website to 30-50 search engines.
The important thing is to get into 5 major search engines. The 6 major search engines ( Google + Bing + Yahoo + AOL + AlltheWeb + AltaVista ) Covers more than 96 percent of total global searches .. 30 search engines will cover even more..
So manually submit in these search engines OR use any of these free services..
