Buying URGENT need someone to design a site + flash video for me.

    I need someone to do a flash video for me.
    As well as I need a site to be done. I have the basic concept.

    What I really want is, I have a site, which I need to be cloned, in terms of its working.
    But I do not want the same theme/design.
