What I need: - let's say I have a mysql database with a table containing the fields "a", "b", "c", "d". - I need a form with a drop down list dynamically populated with the values taken from field "b" - Upon pressing the Submit button, the values from field "c" and "d" from the selected value are passed as variables, either in the url (eg: action.php?var1=c&var2=d) or as javascript variables - preferably this all takes place on one and the same page if possible I need someone who can do this as soon as possible, please pm me if you have any questions or if you know you can do this.
