URGENT: Need Help with DB Transfer

    I am transferring a site of mine to a new server and I have ftpd all of the files, but am having trouble with the DB, which is around 40MB. The file seems too large to import through cPanel or MySQL, as there are over 12000 sections to this part (the user database).

    So, I'm hoping for some help and am willing to pay for someone to do the transfer if you are 100% sure you can and you are a reputable DP member - $10.
