I have a pretty large job I need a programmer for. The site will be an medical appointments schedule. Its will have: * a calender with staff rows for multiple staff * ability to add/edit/remove appointments on certain days and times * ability to add/remove staff * ability to "black out" times on certain days * a notes section (like a post-it note or something) * a main database of clients, with a search function to locate clients * the ability to add/edit/remove clients from the database. * appointments client shave attended to be written to their client file * a reminder that will work on a set date per client (if needed) * the option to print out the current days appointments (as appears onscreen) * calender popups when appointments are clicked (lightbox maybe) * ability to upload photos to a clients profile * all password protected * staff profiles with notes and photo upload function I think thats it, maybe a small tweak or so after! Umm i say go open source on this one and have it built upon.. i seen some good scheduling tools on source forge.

I know what it is MY FRIEND . just giving advice i understand you want to get the job so you have work lol..! i was suggesting find a nice open source app and have a programmer edit it to his likings would cut cost!
Exactly But yes you are correct, pre -made open source app would cut the cost, but i don't think there is any app, that would support all the modules and functions, Tropica wants to implement.
