mate, i dont doubt your experience or honestly, but i had a very bad experience with new dp members and i learnt my lesson the hard way, i can't deal with new members anymore. thanks for understanding.

i said ok i'll do an exception, but yet another BAD experience with a new dp member, i wasted 2 days of my precious time waiting for nothing. SO Here i am, am looking again for a coder who could do this simple JOB! thanks a lot.
