    They will all work, but i would lean towards utilising .html

    Option 2 and 3 are the same. And they are better than option 1 because SE will need to go one directory deeper to get the file to be indexed. remember that SE does not index folders, SE indexes files.

    option 3 is the best, coz option one will create beep link for that particular folder pages. so go for 3rd one .html page
