    My dear,

    I've website say : mysite.com

and i've bought to it custom DNS so now it using
    ns1.mysite.com with ip 199.233.111.21
    ns2.mysite.com with ip 199.233.111.22 <--

and also i've bought Dedicated IP for SSL and got it 199.233.111.22 <---

Now i can see that for using http://XX.XX.XX.XX will open the website
but if i used http://mysite.com won't open it

-) how to use the dedicated IP so that my website can be open up normally by visiting the URL :( http://mysite.com shall i edit my custom DNS and add ip same as my dedicated ip

    Thank you

So your saying that you can't access your website using the normal domain name but only through the IP? Something seems to be up with DNS because you should still be able to access your site normally once the SSL is applied.

If you want REAL and time efficient help
then you have to give FULL and real domain and NS names for your case
it is quiet obvious that your self created NS settings either are missing or wrong
your IP does NOT resolve (at least here and now) to a particular domain name
    a query
    host 199.233.111.21
;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached

you have to configure proper NS1, NS2, etc settings in your domain data
that is done by the registrant (normally YOU) at your registrar's website
    OR
if you have no idea what you are doing
then may be you hired a technical contact of your domain to do that for you.

best always: know what you do by first learning, then do all on your own for efficient control in such cases.
with ONE website and 2 IP (I have 3 IP) you also need to know and properly configure how to split up the traffic - for example round robin DNS
