Urgent MoneyBookers HELP!

I created a moneybookers account a couple of days before due to the recent problems with Paypal. There were various verification methods, first i did the e-mail verification after which my limit raised a bit, then i chose postal verification and am awaiting a postal letter with a verification code from MB. I will be making the bank account verifications pretty soon.

But the issue is am receiving a payment of 150$ tonight, so will there be any issue if i receive 150$ to my MB account tonight.

My account is a personal account with e-mail address verified, currently the monthly limit is showing as 61,000 INR approximately.

Any help would be much appreciated.

 

No problems at all, its pretty much within the limit. You will be able to receive it and then you can withdraw it as well once you are done with the bank account.

 

thanks! I just added my bank details to my MB account, is it possible to withdraw as soon as i receive the pay?
I read somewhere that MB will send a verification code as reference number in my first transaction to my bank account, what does that mean exactly?

 

I was able to withdraw money immediately after entering my bank account details, no other verifications but that was a couple of years back when I started using it. Maybe they changed the verification process a bit.

Few companies like to send an unknown amount to bank accounts and the user has to tell exactly what the amount was to confirm their bank account information. Maybe moneybookers have started using such a procedure?

 

ok thanks for the info, I will receive funds and let it stay in my Mb account for the moment. I shall withdraw after get to know the complete process.

 

Only withdrawn the amount when the verification process is completed, i would suggest that do not withdraw all the amount for the first time, only withdraw 25% of the amount.
withdraw the remaining amount in 2 transactions, it is more save that way.

 

Just add your bank acount to your account.then you can withdraw without any problem

You can receive the money and send money while waiting for the postal verification.

 

its not effect on your money transction so no problem about this

 

As far I know Moneybookers allows you to withdraw less than $20 for your first transaction which includes a verification code (You need to ask that code from your bank) and then enter the code in your MB account to verify your bank details.

Once you have completed this step, your limits will raise and you would be able to withdraw any amounts.
