On the site I'm trying to fix, the navigation menu has a background only on the main page, and on the rest of the pages there's no background underneath the menu. I have no idea why is this happening; in the CSS there's a background set for #navigation, why does it show up only on the home page? the url is howtohollywoodvideo.com try visiting some other page than home, i.e. about us.
