URGENT - Looking for staff members to create a search engine.

I am currently in need of people who will be ready to work and help me create a working search engine. I'm looking for website designers, forum posters/moderators, investors, etc. I don't care the age, race, color, skin, anything lol. As long as you have the skill and you will be ready to work i will accept. Another thing, I know I will not be offering this as any type of job paying people at the moment but, in the future if we get big which i extremely accept that we will do everyone will enjoy there pay checks =P. What makes me actually think I will succed is knowledge, tatics, skills, and the most important, what people want.

You actually do not have to create a Google killer to make a good profit. Ask.com, MSN, Yahoo and many smaller engines all make healthy profits and have good business models. Heck info.com, ixquick.com, icerocket.com, dogpile.com, and the list goes on and on and on all make profits - so why not?
