    Hi all..

I'm looking for someone who can edit my self-made press release (200 words). I am not a press writer, but I'm sure I can write a decent press release.

My English is totally not good (professional), so Im looking for someone who can edit my grammar things and maybe making some better sentences.

Please, let me know asap if you are able to do this for me for a few dollars (maybe $10?). I will do Prepayment by paypal. I want to release the press release today!

    Awaiting for replies/pm's.

Post it up on the Marketing forum. I just posed mine and had about 10 or so replies with corrections, tips, etc. Very useful. Good luck!

On second thoughts, I decided not to send the PM. This guy has got a negative itrader. In fact, he has 3 negative itraders for not paying people for their services.

    Avoid doing business with him

Like Drig said, post to the marketing area, with the actual text in the post, and you'll get a few actual marketing / PR people who will usually give you some advice for free, rather than just an editor for the spelling and grammar. If your structure and style are't right, you won't likely get coverage. And considering you're saying it's 200 words, I can already tell you your format and/or style isn't right.

You should still post it on the forum to have some professionals look it over. A lot of people think they can write a press release, but they never see results. Now that the spelling / grammar issues have been dealt with, get some feedback before distributing to increase your chances of coverage. You have to know how to make it attractive to journalists. And like I mentioned, I can tell you off the bat that it's too short. That tells me you're almost guaranteed to be missing at least one important element.
