[URGENT] Legal dude with work in US.

Hi,

I have LLC in US. Also I have account in Bank of America.

Now, I want to work in US.

Can I go to work in US with EIN (Employer ID Number)?

Or,

I need a VISA and go to America with VISA and in US go to SSN?

I am romanian.

If you want to work in America (rather than with an American company from your own country) you will have to get a visa. Here is some information about US work visas if you don't plan to immigrate permanently:
