Buying Urgent Javascript help needed

    Hello I have 2 small tasks that need to be done
    I need a jquery slider edited , and some javascript so the subject appears in the contact form depending on what product has been clicked...

    e.g. http://www.3dsuit.com/3dsuit.php - when u click request a quote, a title shows in the contact form
