They would do better to spend 10.00 on a lesson in the english language. I hate reading things that have a good message, but poor grammer conveyance. It doesn't matter how cutting edge or insightful an article is; if it reads as if a second grader wrote it, the actual meaning is clouded with a lack of intelligence feeling. Legal or illegal, it's still just crap that will get you nowhere.
I don't see why it wouldn't be legal. But all of the article rewriting softwares don't make any sense at all. and they'll end up saying something like this "because income low I affiliate links promote product through the and I sell". Thanks, Kyle
It's not nessaserily plagerism. You could use PLR articles and have them rewritten. Or have articles that you wrote or bought rewritten so that you would have 2 articles instead of one. Thanks, Kyle
I personally do not appreciate that. But, I am going to try it. Still I am thinking manual way is 100% better than automatic.
Wait what don't you appreciate? Also I agree with you it is much better to write the articles yourself. I also don't believe that those rewriting programs are very good. I wasn't recomending them I was just saying that there legal to use as long as you have the right to use the content. Thanks, Kyle
Oh, so you still cant go and get articles from other peoples websites, and call them your own after they go threw the re writer?
Looking like a complete 12-year-old ass aside, it's a copyright violation to take someone's work and rewrite it. That's called a derivative work.
exactly. you're not allowed to copy other peoples articles, but you're allowed to rewrite your own articles, or articles that you have rights to (such as plr articles).
I just see it as an online thesaurus that's analyzing each word and giving you a potential alternative to be used when writing your own article based on the one in question.
Just spotted this thread... I think its legal if the original content can be changed .ie PLR articles.. Changing RSS content is a little bit different I would imagine. I purchase the script you mentioned and it uses a clever method to suck ,chew and spit out the words... But the content is still very close to original so couldnt be used as your own , IF YOU COULDNT USE THE ORIGINAL IN THE FIRST PLACE... Cheers
i think its complelty legal becoz one has changed the whole grammer and sentences then why it should be said as copywrited...i don't think so.
Because all you did was take a copyrighted work and use a program to alter it. Since you required the original article to get the rewritten one, this would be considered a derivitave work. Copyright extends to derivitave works as well. As others said, it would be legal if you did this to your own articles (or articles that you hold the rights to create derivitave works from). It is not legal to do this to articles you do not hold the rights to.
If you don't have permission to change the original work, then this is a copyright violation. Substituting words and reformatting sentences does not make it a new work. Think of it this way: If you change only one word, is it your work? If you change two words, is it your work? If you change 50 words, is it your work? Where is the line?
Legal, illegal - does it matter if the output is so poor? I guess the reason to do this would be to stick something like adsense on it right? So....what happens when the page gets reviewed.....at best you'll only get told to take the ads off a poor content page. Worst you'll get a straight ban.
It's illegal. Fact. You are simply copying another article, and changing a few words, Those are NOT your own ideas. I have recently filed a DMCA copyright violation to a Blogger user for copying my articles and rewording them. Google will take care of them. If anyone copys my articles and uses any sort of rewriting tool, I wouldn't hesitate to file a DMCA against them either. Don't do it. It's illegal and immoral.
It is not illegal to rewrite articles. It's illegal to rewrite articles owned by other people but not articles that you have the right to rewrite. You are assuming that the article rewriters would be used to rewrite copywrited content, but most people just use it to rewrite PLR articles. Thanks, Kyle
