I want to sell a website and domain. Buyer want to use that service. But I am afraid as it says :

    Both agrees on terms
    Buyer pays escrow.com
    Then seller delivers goods
    Buyer verifies in 10 days
    When Buyer says YES
    Seller is Paid

If, After we transfer domain and website files, Buyer says NO

    Are we doomed?
Can some one suggest me please?

It is not really possible to test. Only way is to ask one who has gone thro or had bad experience. No bad comments online I guess

    Any help?

I have sell few domains through Escrow and never have a problem as escrow will check whois of the domain after you submit the domain.

    Ok, Consider this.
    Buyer starts escrow.
I transfer website files and domain.
Then buyer has 10 days to verify.
After that he rejects, what will happen?

Like in many places, people get goods and ask for refund ore report and try to escape from payment. In this case what will escrow.com do?

Yes eyashwant! i agree to what you are doubting. I hope escrow will make any regulation to deal this problem.
i got a clue but not clear. when sell your site and domain by using escrow, then both parther will do the same. you send the goods, he send the money. when he accept you, you will be funded the money. And that's way your customer will not be able to reject you. In case he reject, he will not recieve your goods as well.
    How you think?

    No, Their process is :

    Starts Trasnaction
    Buyer pays to escrow
    Seller delivers goods
    Buyer verifies and accepts

    If accepted, seller is paid
    If not, no payment

Also I saw that escrow will take care of domain to see that it is returned, Not sure but...

But what will happen to website and files? It can be copied...what is the use of returning that

    This is my worry

In my option, escrow.com should be safe for this . but you'd better talk more detail with the buyer and show escrow.com all the detail of this payment .

Buyer only prefers escrow.com and he follows me like mad to buy. That makes me suspect him.

Ya I did long time before. After I had a talk to them I came to know the problem. Eg : I transfer domain, He rejects. So escrow.com makes sure I get it back before releasing money. But when I get it back, I Have to pay 10$ registeration/trasfer fee. This is not convered by buyer or excrow.com
