Urgent ! Incentaclick is not tracking leads.

    hi,

    Incentaclick is not tracking leads. We have started adwords campaign and expected leads must be around 20-25.. Clicks are tracked but not the lead. Then we refered the same product to some of our personal friend who needed it, but it was not tracked too..

    Tried to contact affiliate manager but all are offline all the time.

    what to do?

    Other than your AM do you have any other means of contact? Even if you go to their site and look up some higher up in the company? It's your money, you need to know what's happening with it!!

    I just wanted to update this thread, that the tracking issue was resolved. It was in fact just delayed stats, which was stated in the offer details.
