    I am looking for decent quality, worldwide human visitors for under $3 /5k

    I recommend you to do a research before purchasing any traffic services that provide visitors at a damn cheap rate..if you purchase traffic without following the above step you will be in trouble..Google had a strict policy against bots or software visits that may lead to blacklisting your site..
