    Hi,

    I have found some hosting companies do not allow profanity and I think that T.O.S. is VERY absurd. I need a hosting company that is inexpensive (e.g., $25 per month pay per month) for re-seller and one that is not strict. Unlimited, domains, Cpanel, bandwidth and mysql.

    What other requirements aside form profanity leniency do you need? Several good reseller hosting providers have accounts that are in your budget range?

    A hosting company that is "linnient" as you put it and doesn't really make sense. A host that doesn't care about the TOS would likely make you face a lot of downtime or will shut down soon.

    Agreed with that. If you need to get quality service you should look for fair hosts and less unlimited features.
