URGENT HIRING: Wordpress Plugin Creator [simple job!] - QUICK $$$

Hey guys

I have a really simple job for a wordpress plugin developer.

The problem is my real estate template i am using (demo here) only allows individuals to post listings from the frontend.

I need you to create a plugin for the admin backend that will only allow the administrators to create listings. Maybe add a link in the backend that reads "Add A Listing".

Oh and the listings use custom fields such as "address, add_city, add_country" etc. etc. It should have all the fields in the demo given above including the image upload.
