Seriously nothing is more aggravating than people who demand perfection and the top level coding, but are only willing to pay an amount that someone in a third world country would take home. No one who has the skills you're talking about is willing to do it for $20, you're only going to get kids in high school who want a few bucks to go buy candy, or people in foreign countries who can barely speak english =/ It's seriously a slap in the face to all of us first world programmers who work out asses off and are good at what we do.

Funnier part is most times those requesting the service can't even tell you what makes "excellent" coding. Add to the request for excellence is urgency. So let's see, OP has a crunch deadline (not our fault on that score), demands excellence but wants to pay sub-par rates. Good luck.

To all of you, I actually have found a coder that was better then what I was looking for. Shows that nearly all of you coders charge inflated prices, for a job that only takes less then an hour to do. So please keep your comments to your self, and enjoy not taking any money home at all.

Wow... I can't really believe that was your response. Fairly bold move accusing all of the coders on here of inflating prices. Perhaps you should look into global economics, and if you can find a business that will work for $20 an hour, I'll show you a company that either exists in a third world country or is going under. There is a big difference between doing css/html that is thrown together in 30 minutes and css/html that actually has some effort put into it and loads faster with width constraints put into it. Whatever, it's really no loss to anyone here, but I think if you really honestly believe that we're inflating our prices and just being money grubbing, you need to rethink things a bit and call up some programming companies in your area and ask them what they would charge for the same thing.

agreed, projectshifter. Interesting that such quality work was produced for such a meager fee but there was no link to the work?

Oh sh*t, I charge more than someone flipping burgers at Maccas. I must be ripping everyone off. Geez guys, he's right, we should stop charging professional rates for a professional job and charge less than someone with the IQ of a doorknob and still do a professional job. Not.

Seriously man, you have no clue. You found a coder better than excellent, for $20? Not only that, but with urgent turnaround time? Given the fact you aren't an excellent coder, you don't actually know what is excellent and what isn't... anyway, have fun in fairyland.

No offense to the actual coder :p

It's probably too awesome for us "rip-offs" to see...
