Urgent help with whmreseller v3

Heyy,
I currently brought this in doubt that the website looked fishy and the reviews about it. However, this addon is essential to sell hosting at the moment,hence I brought it. Now, whenever i login, I go to the download page and the download does not work, I also have not been given a key, and I am down $7. Can anyone at least give me a download link, and tell me how the hell I am meant to get into contact with them?

 

Did you buy it from Deasoft or somewhere else. If it is deasoft what is the response you get from them, they are providing contact options here deasoft.com/contact.php. Did you try that ?

 

Deasoft can take days to get back to you. I put in a ticket once, and it stayed in there for 7 days without an answer. Actually, I believe it's still open. I don't know if I ever got an answer.

 

Your solution is the following,

Turn arround and start running, dont look back. stay away from that software too many issues and bugs, support is not good.

 

Yes i agree the support is not good, the software has lots of bugs.. but here is how you install it just wget the file through ssh and install the trail until you get the lic..

when it ask if you bought a lic hit n for now since you do not have your lic yet that will give you a 14 day trail until you r lic gets to you.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Execute the following commands from root ssh shell:

1. cd /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/docroot/cgi
2. wget http://deasoft.com/install.c
3. gcc install.c -o install
4. chmod 700 install
5. ./install
6. Now simply answer the questions to complete installation. If you have purchased a license answer "y" to the first question and then enter your deasoft username and license key. If you are wanting to install the trial simply answer "n" to the first question.
7. rm install
8. rm install.c


WHMreseller is now fully installed, please complete the following setup checks:

1. If you have a Firewall ensure you open outbound ports 2082,2083,2086 & 2087
2. Open WHMreseller in your root WHM control panel and complete the "Settings" section
3. That's It !

 

If you do install it, just hope and pray that you won't have problems with the software. If you do, you may never get help or support from Deasoft. There was supposedly another master reseller software coming out.
