    Hi,

I have a website that at my house doesn't open up, but everywhere else it does. It's wierd and really annoying me because instead of showing my site, its showing:

    Index Of:
    _private/
    cgi-bin/
    images/
    postinfo.html
    Apache/1.3.37 Server at freepremiumcash.com Port 80

When I access my site from other places such as my college, and others access it, its fine. When I access it through a proxy, its fine. But when I access it from any of my pc's, it shows the above. I reset my router, but no avail. I dont know what the best place to put this in, but I hope I get some help.:eek:

Clear your cache files and maybe flush your dns.

Also check make sure your default browser settings are "always check for new page".

edit: It is also possible that your home ISP has the page cached and it will take a few days to clear.

mate.. it shows like that for me aswell... (checked from 3 different isp's) showing index of/
I'd assume that ftp is empty.. get an index.html or something up there quick while you work out what's happened

blacknet, thanks a bunch. what's wierd though is that I changed the nameservers from one host to the next one. the site works everywhere on the new nameservers, but on my own pc, it looks for the domain on the old nameservers. Thanks

The site is loading fine from here.

Give your ISP time to update their dns cache and all will be fine. This is a 24-48 hour process most places. A few of them take up to a week.
