Can someone please help I have an internet florist business for 1 year and was getting approx 40 to 60 orders per day I updated a new telephone number to my website and since then my orders have dropped to 20 per day this has been for 4 days now.
Also when I get any orders they are coming in bursts like 4 in a row and then none for 2 hours.
My daily spend with google is £180-£200 can someone tell me what my budget should be set at.
I am pulling my hair out and have tried lots of things.
Can anyone give me any advice please.

Lynn, without looking at your site and campaign it will be difficult to tell what's going on.

As far as the burst are concerned, I wouldn't necessary worry about that.

PM me if you still need help.

I am sorry for what happened to you.

I want to understand few things.
    1. Have you done any drastic changes in the account in the past 4 days.
    2. Run a hourly report of your campaign for last week and the days when the sales dropped. Which will give you clear understanding if there is any drop in impressions and clicks.
    3. Have you change the position of placing your phone number. For Eg: Top right, Center, Middle, Top fold, Bottom Fold.
    4. Do a click and impression analysis for the current week and the previous week.

If you still find any problem PM. I would be more than happy to help you.
