Need urgent help regarding PayPal. Few months back I added PAN and made a mistake while adding. So, my PAN was not validation. Now when I try to correct it by changing the PAN I receive this error "Sorry, you've exceeded the number of attempts to edit your PAN. Please contact customer care to know more". Now what to do? My account is limited and I can't receive money. What should be done next? Any ideas?
Simply call them and let them know about your situation and also send a scanned copy of your PAN as a proof.
Agree with Digital_shubhi, you need to make a call and need to verify PAN by sending them screenshots. Yes, it will take a time and you should take care of these things because it will put in trouble in future as well.
Thank you guys for your help. Really appreciated. I finally called them on the toll-free number. They changed my PAN from there and submitted it and told me that it will take 5-6 days for the verification.
