I have few sites and some sites their material I am copying from one site and I found on AdSense help forum that the owner of such site emailed Goolge AdSense team for abuse use of my sites, that these sites using my site material without my permission. And in email he requested to close the AdSense accounts for these sites. So, I become worry because of that, though I decided I will not again copy material from such site. So, now what I do to save my AdSense account. Am I close my sites for few days ? or remove adSense from these sites ? or I contact the site owner any say him that in future I will not copy anything from your site. So, plz give me a chance ? Plz suggest me. Thanks in advance.
Email complaints are not taken by Google. But if the person files (by snail mail or FAX) the DMCA complaint complain with them. Google will temporarily suspend your account and will ask you to remove all the copyrighted content (cease and desist notice) from your website. You will need to file the DMCA complaint reply to it to google through snail mail or FAX informing them that all the content is gone, and your account will be back. So, google does not immediately ban, but sends cease and desist notice. If you comply, its fine. So, just remove the content and you are fine. Your account is not going anywhere.

The person said that he reported on this link https://mail.google.com/support/bin/topic.py?topic=12784 (is it not about gmail?) and said that in previous Google AdSense suspend one blog on my request. More the material of this person is not copyrighted as he is getting materials from different famous newspapers and putting on his web. More. plz explain snail mail and DMCA.

Getting your articles copied by thieves is such a frustrating thing that I must say, you would deserve to get banned. Imagine if you spent hours on an article and other people just copied it and made money from it?
Koan actually these are not articles, these are jobs, vacancies published in the different local newspapers. and this person get all these job ads from newspapers and put them on his site. So this is not his own material or copyrighted material.
