Macrium Reflect (free edition). http://www.macrium.com/reflectfree.asp I can't say enough good things about this application. It simply 'works' Install Reflect on the formatted 'good' PC. Start up Reflect, and burn a rescue disc (Other tasks>Create Rescue CD) Then use Reflect to image the 'good' drive (onto a DVD or external USB drive or whatever will hold it). --- Move over to the other PC --- Insert the Reflect rescue disc in the 'other' PC, and boot into it. This will launch Reflect. Then just follow the prompts, point it at your image file, and click go. Done
