urgent help on unverified paypal a/c

    hey friends,

    i have an unverified paypal account...this is my first transaction ever on paypal .I want to recieve 45$..

    so what are my limits??

    -Recieving limits
    - Purchasing limits ( if i want to purchase say a domain online can i?)

    im not withdrawing anyting for now..so i wana know bout these limits.Later il get a virtual C.C and verify my account.

    if you have unverified paypal account can you create fake information?
    then you just transfer the $ to someone verified and exchange that to lets say moneybookers??? :confused:

    To know your limits, log into Paypal and click 'View Limits'. It should show what your limits are.

    If you are really from the UAE, you only have 'Send' priviledges for the time being. You cannot receive any funds at all.

    Legally speaking, creating a false account is indeed not permitted. It violates the Paypal's TOS.

    I am saying that you can only send payment but you cannot receive any payment. Yes, sending means purchasing and you can do that. Basically, all your payments would be financed directly by your credit card. Without your credit card, your paypal account would be useless.

    Depending on where you're located you can add a Virtual Credit Card (VCC) to your PayPal account. That will give you verified status.

    If you're PayPal account is a US based one then you need both a VCC and a Bank Account.
