URGENT Help Needed_ Protect php Product

Hey guys,

I recently had an individual program a php script that can text message over 200 cell phone carriers worldwide (including all the main ones) and would like to know what steps I can take to protect it from being illegally used?

Eventually I would like to sell it with resale rights, so would it even be smart to encrypt it?
