Urgent Help Needed !!!!

    I backordered a Domain at Snapnames 2 months before and they have not acquired that Domain that time and today after 2 months back they charged my Credit card for that Domain which i dont want now.Can i file a chargeback via Credit Card against Snapnames?

    Anyones opinion will be appreciated.

    You may call their support and explain everything for a refund.

    You can file a chargeback yes, but it`s probably easyer to just take it with snapnames if it`s possible.

    if you carge back that site stop your all services
    they think your are fraud...

    so good solution talk with them and try to refund from them...

    I think you can use their live chat support and sort out the things or atleast can call them...ah i mean ring them..
