URGENT help needed! (Will give rep)

So a have a logo for my vBulletin site here: http://vizter.com/images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif
The problem is, I don't want the dragon anymore, I want the kicking man on the white bit, and the other two on the right of the banner.
The original blank header file is attached.
You will have to make the men again, as a gray line surrounds the figures. (Make them the same)
I will give positive reputation to who ever can do this for me - it is really urgent.

EDIT: Just put the kicky man on the white bit, and the other two on the grey bit, I will move them around and slot the text in myself

Let me know if you want me to try my hand at making the title a little more "jazzier".
Nothing too fancy. Just some simple beveling, gradients, and/or shadowing.

Unintentionally, the first one I gave you had a slightly different shade of gray.
But, on your site it comes out the correct shade. Did you modify it?

Anyways, this second one has the correct shade. Feel free to criticize how you want it.
I tried to keep some green in it, like your original, and still match the forum colors.
